The other children of the founders, Gianluigi, Giuseppe, and Daniela, also enter the company, bringing their ideas and enthusiasm, allowing the business to establish itself as one of the most solid in the province.

To cope with increasing orders, the Ostiliomobili Terminal is built, a new property of about 3000 sqm used as a warehouse.

Thanks to an expansive business policy and the success of Ostiliomobili's services and furnishings, the company strongly establishes itself nationally, becoming one of the Italian leaders in terms of turnover.

Against the market contraction, Ostiliomobili invests in the restructuring of the showroom's exhibition area, expanding to two floors covering about 5000 sqm.

Ostiliomobili becomes more environmentally friendly, installing a photovoltaic system on both the exhibition and warehouse properties.

From the company's name, the brand Ostiliomobili is created, updating the three divisions to Home, Office, and Contract, and creating the fourth division Store, aimed at promoting online product sales.

The first store is opened in Brescia in collaboration with Veneta Cucine.

The company expands its logistics with the purchase of a new warehouse of 1100 sqm as a storage for appliances.

Unfortunately, the founder of Ostiliomobili, Mr. Cesari Ostilio, passes away on Christmas Eve, 24/12/2022, at 10:30 pm.

Ostiliomobili celebrates 55 years in business and enters the TOP 10 TURNOVER 2022 ITALIAN FURNITURE DISTRIBUTORS, despite having only one store compared to competitors with more nationwide outlets. In 2023, participating in the Capitale Cultura Bergamo and Brescia 2023 events, we hosted a photographic exhibition "Capriolo, the history in black and white in the shots of Giuseppe and Vincenzo Prandelli" open to the public inside our showroom.
